Be the Backbone of Our Client Experience
As the Client Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as “mission control” for our Wealth Management team—ensuring our clients’ experiences are seamless, accurate, and genuinely caring. You’ll also have a clear pathway to explore operations, investment support, or client-facing roles.
What You’ll Do
Handle essentials with precision: Open accounts, process paperwork flawlessly, and oversee service workflows.
Partner with custodians and investment teams: Facilitate account transitions, trade coordination, and client planning documentation.
Build clarity: Keep accurate CRM records, prepare summaries, and assist with billing, performance reports, and GIPS analysis.
Drive improvement: Manage operational projects and audit processes to elevate firm-wide efficiency and innovation.
Who You Are
Degree-educated and familiar with client service, admin, or investment operations.
Exceptionally organized, tech-savvy (CRM, Excel), with a flair for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Attuned to detail and adaptive under changing priorities.
